EMPATH OIL - Grounding, Shielding, Deflecting

The Empath oil is for protection, clearing, deflecting and not allowing yourself to absorb other peoples "stuff."

As empaths and healers we always keep our heart wide open which allows us to absorb energy from other people. At times it can be hard to tell what is ours and what isn't. Over the years I've had to remind myself to ground and clear. I'll smudge, get out in nature, take salt and herb baths and do energy clearings on myself.

I apply the oil to the back of my neck, crown and over my heart before going out in public. Put some in your hand and rub them together and breath deep. Each of the oils used are to protect, clear and shield.

Wear smoky quartz to anchor and ground, to keep yourself from absorbing others energy and to help release what isn't yours.

Polished hematite acts like a mirror to deflect all the bad yuck, it's also great to use to clear yourself when feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Use black tourmaline (to get rid negative energy), amethyst (protection and clearing) and clear quartz to amplify.

Malachite and lepidolite are also good for empaths.
