HECATE OIL - Queen of Witches, Justice, Magick

Hecate, the Greek goddess of witches, witchcraft and magick.

Hecate is the goddess of the crossroads, gates, entrances and doorways, bringer of light, knowledge, intuition and wisdom, justice, protection, children and childbirth, mastery of poisonous plants and herbs, death and transition, the underworld, the night, necromancy, ghosts, spirits and the moon.

Her name means "worker from afar". She holds the keys to unlock doors between all realms to guard and guide.

Hecate is a protector and healer, she's compassionate, wise and loving. She has a tender heart and shows mercy, but she sees through illusion and deceit. When you work with her, you won't get away with anything, so be sure you're making the best decisions because there will be consequences.

Hecate is the beginning and ending, Dark Mother, Mother of All, Mother of Creation. Her time is midnight, meet her at a crossroad or where 3 roads intersect.

Symbols: Black Dogs, Wolves, (also snakes, owls, frogs, polecats, crows among others), Torches and lanterns, Keys, The Moon, Knives and Sickles, Poisonous Herbs, Garlic, and Cypress trees are sacred to her.

You can use Hecate's oil for banishing, intuition, dream work, divination, necromancy, guidance, protection, during all moon phases, releasing, shadow work, decision making, death and transformation, justice, wisdom and strength, healing and for veneration.

I have made her oil with 9 different essential oils including bay, cypress, myrrh and mint. I've also added a moonstone piece and a very small piece of dried garlic and a drop of organic honey.
